BATTAMBANG: Authorities in provinces bordering Thailand had been heaving sighs of relief over fewer daily cases of Covid-19 among returnee migrant workers, but their optimism has proven short-lived with more infections breaking out in quarantine centers.
This is because some migrant workers are disregarding preventive measures and those who are infected keep spreading Covid-19 to others.
